Villain Ch 1616. The Devs are Insecure Virgins

Caelum wasn’t some raid rookie. He anticipated feints. Caught Allen’s mid-step reversals. His sword wasn’t flashy—it was efficient, angled just right to deflect and counter. His footwork steady despite the broken terrain.

Allen grinned through the onslaught.

Blood trailed down his arm from a glancing strike.

But he didn’t flinch.

“You’re strong,” Allen admitted, breathless but excited. “I don’t know you. Never heard of you. But now?”

He slammed the hilt of his sword into Caelum’s side and followed up with a savage upward slash.

Caelum blocked—barely.

Their blades locked again, teeth to teeth.

“Now,” Allen growled, “you’re on my radar.”

He headbutted the paladin.

Caelum staggered.

Allen whirled around, his cloak flaring, and delivered a savage slash across the back of the man’s thigh.

Caelum dropped to a knee, sword embedded in the ground for support.

Allen didn’t stop.

He kicked the weapon away—sending it skittering into a pool of blood.

Caelum raised his eyes. “They’ll come for you.”

Allen crouched in front of him.

“I hope they do.”

And with that, he drove the blade into Caelum’s chest—deep, deliberate, until the hilt kissed bone.

He twisted the blade.

Caelum grunted.

Blood bubbled at the corners of his lips.

Then—

[Player Caelum has been defeated.]

Allen stood, exhaled once, and yanked the blade free with a wet snap.

The corridor was quiet now.

Just burning crystals, glowing sigils, and the devil’s steady breath as he cleaned the blood off his blade with a flick of his wrist.

He looked down at the bodies.

Allen stood over them in silence.

Then—

That smile returned.

Slow. Twitching. Unnatural.

His head tilted.

Just slightly.

And his eyes—those cold, infernal eyes—stared down at the corpses like they were art.

Beautiful.

Broken.

Ruined.

Then he whispered—so quiet, so intimate, it didn’t feel like words anymore.

“…perfect.”

And Allen kept smiling like the devil who finally remembered why he liked war.

Behind him, the corridor echoed with quiet footsteps and the low hum of residual skill cooldowns ending.

The girls approached.

Vivian was the first to break the silence.

She bit her lower lip and muttered, “Ugh… I like when he’s in this state.”

Her voice was breathy, half-lust, half-chaos.

“It makes me wanna go rawr.”

Alice floated up behind her, blinking slowly.

“Explain ‘rawr’?” she asked, totally deadpan.

Bella snorted and crossed her arms. “Don’t pretend you don’t know. You say it more than she does.”

Shea landed beside them, her blade-feather wings slowly retracting. “Yeah, same. I feel like messing him up right here right now.”

Zoe raised an eyebrow, tentacle twitching in disbelief. “That’s impossible. We’re in a high-tier dungeon. Any intimacy triggers Penalty Lockdown. You know the mechanics.”

Larissa groaned. “Ugh, curse the damn game system. I swear, the devs are insecure virgins.”

Jane smiled softly. Too softly. “I could turn him back into tame Allen.”

She stepped forward like it was just a regular stroll toward a fireplace.

But before she got too far, Shea reached out with one hand and caught her by the hood of her cloak.

“Nope,” Shea said flatly. “Don’t. I like this version.”

Jane blinked. “But he’s—”

“Unhinged. Dangerous. Glowing with devil energy,” Shea interrupted with a dreamy sigh. “Exactly my type.”

Allen hadn’t moved.

Still standing over Caelum’s corpse like it owed him another apology.

He didn’t speak. Didn’t turn.

But he heard every word behind him. Felt the way the tension shifted from rage to something else entirely. Lust. Madness. Amusement. And beneath it all… loyalty.

Vivian stepped forward with that familiar sway in her hips, her whip already coiled and looped around her shoulder like a scarf she intended to choke someone with.

Alice tilted her head.

“What are you doing?”

Vivian grinned. “Seduce him~”

Zoe’s eyes went wide. “You are crazy.”

“I am!” Vivian replied without missing a beat, still walking.

Allen’s head slowly tilted—barely an inch.

Vivian kept coming. Closer now. Close enough to smell the scent of sulfur and steel rolling off his body. Close enough to see the glowing red cracks on his skin still pulsing from residual skill overflow.

She stopped just behind him. Close enough to touch. But she didn’t. Not yet.

“I know that look,” she whispered. “You’re still riding the high.”

Allen’s lips parted. He didn’t smile this time. Didn’t speak either.

Just turned his head halfway. Just enough to see her from the corner of one eye.

“Come to clean the blade?” he asked coldly.

Vivian shivered.

“No. I came to dirty it.”

She stepped in.

Her fingers ran down his arm, slow and deliberate, as if tracing the patterns of a rune she already memorized by heart.

“You were beautiful back there,” she whispered. “Cruel. Focused. Deadly. Just the way I like you.”

Allen’s chest rose and fell, slow, measured.

“I’m always like this,” he said quietly. “You just forget when I’m playing nice.”

Vivian grinned. “Then don’t play nice anymore.”

Behind them, Larissa groaned. “Ugh. That’s what I wanted to say.”

Jane rolled her eyes. “You had your chance.”

Bella leaned into Shea and whispered, “Do you think she’s serious?”

Shea smirked. “Oh, she’s about to get slammed against a mana vein and she’s thrilled about it.”

Alice blinked, floating upside down again. “Can she even breathe in PvP Lustlock?”

Zoe shook her head. “Doesn’t matter. She’s not breathing with her lungs.”

The girls all collectively tilted their heads forward to watch.

Vivian leaned in close—her lips brushing Allen’s ear.

“You should reward me,” she purred. “I didn’t interrupt your little massacre.”

Allen said nothing.

But his hand moved.

Quick.

He caught her jaw with two fingers. Not gently.

He turned her head slightly. Studied her face. Her eyes. Her smile.

And then?

He dragged his thumb across her bottom lip, smearing the faint trace of blood she’d left there from biting herself earlier.

He raised that thumb. Licked it clean.

“You’re playing with a devil,” he murmured.

“I know,” Vivian whispered, eyes dark and thrilled. “So bite.”
