Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives
Chapter 1584 - 1584: Call of DesireVillain Ch 1584. Call of Desire
Every player on the field stiffened instantly. Muscles tensed. Fingers tightened around hilts and staff grips. Several raised their weapons.
A few shifted spells into pre-cast.
Elio’s shield lifted.
Red_King muttered a curse under his breath.
Their hearts beat too fast. Sweat mixed with dirt and magic ash. No one breathed too loud. No one spoke.
Then— A shimmer of dark fire curled above the center shrine—the one that had almost killed half of them just minutes ago. It pulsed once, and from within that shimmer… she appeared.
The Succubus Queen.
She sat lazily on the edge of the rotating shrine, one long leg crossed over the other, leaning back on a throne that hadn’t been there seconds ago. Her posture was pure sin—confident, relaxed, radiating danger and amusement in equal measure.
Her battle outfit wasn’t designed for combat. Not really. More like a designer’s fever dream of silk and leather straps. Black thigh-high boots, crisscrossed lace, and obsidian armor pieces barely covering the essentials. Her horns curled elegantly. A whip dangled from one hand, slowly twirling as she grinned.
“Well, well,” she purred. “None of you are dead. That’s unexpected.”
Her voice carried, seductive and mocking. She tilted her head, red eyes glowing faintly as she scanned the group. “And there are only a few of you. I’m not sure you’ll hold on till the final gate… or even get near the crypts. I thought there’d be more of you.”
Arcana stepped forward, eyes narrowing beneath his helm. “We don’t know yet. This is enough.”
But no…
This wasn’t all of them.
The Succubus Queen saw what was in front of her—the frontline, the elite core players, the ones making noise and clearing the path.
What she didn’t see was the rest.
Two more strike teams. Already prepared. Already briefed. Already hidden.
They’d been cloaked in silence since the beginning, moving along alternate paths mapped out in a private strategy thread posted days before the event. A forum post that had been coded and disguised as a meme post.
The Succubus Queen wouldn’t have known to look.
Because those teams?
They weren’t meant to draw attention. They were built to finish the job.
A shadowblade-led squad moving through the forgotten catacombs beneath the crypts—packed with lockpicks, disarmers and stealth-boosting gear. Warlord was the one who led them.
And another squad—ranged DPS-class mains, using cloaking fields and divine skill inhibitors—sneaking into the throne chamber. Their mission wasn’t just recon. It was surgical destruction. This team was led by Justice.Bringer.
They were part of the main offense.
The Succubus Queen giggled, a sound that curled like smoke and moan. “True,” she whispered. “But you did handle my hounds rather well. I thought they’d at least take down one or two of you. Rip a tank in half. Strip a caster’s bones…”
She gave a wistful sigh. “But no. I was wrong.”
“You’re disappointed,” Elio said dryly.
“Crushed,” she said with a smirk. “Truly.”
Red_King tapped his sword against his shoulder. “Then maybe stick around and see how disappointed we can really make you.”
She smiled wider, twirling the whip.
“No thank you. I’m not the type who sticks around for pain.”
Then, with a giggle, “Well… not just pain.”
But while the banter played out in the open, shadows were moving.
Gil was already crouched behind a crumbled obelisk, fingers glowing faintly as his stealth skill activated.
Azura didn’t speak. She slipped into her Hiding skill, her body turning translucent as she melted into the air. Two other Shadow Reapers blinked from visibility entirely. They moved in perfect sync, silent, circling.
And then…
They struck.
A blur of movement. Azura behind the queen’s throne. Gil at her left. The others in a tight fan, blades flashing, feet light.
But before their attacks could even land—
The Succubus Queen smirked.
The shrines ignited again.
[TRAP REACTIVATED – GRAVITY BIND: BLOODLUST RING]
The ground below them pulsed red—then dragged.
A shockwave burst outward. The air thickened. Space distorted. The Shadow Reapers were slammed to the ground like dolls tossed into tar. Gil grunted as his knees hit first, then his chest.
“Shit—what the hell is this?!”
The queen floated upward effortlessly, laughing as her wings unfurled behind her. Glowing, demonic, gorgeous. Her whip lashed out—and struck.
-CRACK!
Gil flinched, eyes wide.
“OW! Did you just—?!”
He twisted to look at her, outrage on his face. “I’m not a masochist, you psycho!”
Azura, still pulling herself upright against the gravity pressure, cringed. “Seriously? You’re joking right now?”
“She hit my butt! That’s offensive to my pride!”
“You have pride?” she shot back, deadpan.
The Succubus Queen cackled. Her wings flapped once, dispersing the gravity field. Everyone staggered. The air finally returned to normal pressure.
“Such lively ones,” she purred. “Truly, I love your energy. But unfortunately…” Her eyes gleamed. “You’re not worthy of me.”
She lifted her whip, spun it once, and cracked it down with force that made the shrines tremble.
“Call of Desire…”
The ground hissed, then split open in glowing heart-shaped runes. A sweet perfume filled the air—roses, musk, something intoxicating. Then came the giggles.
Dozens of them.
Figures emerged—succubi.
Not incubi. Not monsters.
Succubi.
They wore red and violet and sheer nothing at all. Some had fans, some had scythes, others floated and blew kisses charged with charm spells.
“Oh… boy,” Elio muttered.
James immediately turned his face away. “Not looking. Not looking. I have self-respect. I might be single, but I’m not stupid.”
“I’m not,” Gil said reflexively, eyes glued a little too long.
“Don’t say that out loud!” Noah hissed. “They hear that kind of thing!”
Then, with one last smirk and a wink, the Succubus Queen vanished into a burst of dark rose petals, leaving her army behind.
And silence returned.
Azura looked at the newcomers—slender legs, smirks, hips swaying like music—and sighed long and hard.
“Oh no…”
She glanced toward the male players.
Some were already looking dazed.
Some were sweating too hard.
One guy even dropped his sword.
“Sexy creatures… in the middle of a war?” she muttered. “This is gonna be a huge problem.”
