The rise of the pervert primordial
Chapter 682 - 682: The fight for the main distortion (part 10)The leading elder from the Blazeheart group was at a loss for a second, because the change in Mariana’s standing was really abrupt, she went from insulting and threatening them to win in a way that could be used to by the Fey to recover some face after what happened earlier, to winning regardless of the method, it was strange.
The answer to his doubt however, came to him the next second when the vice-leader of the Blazeheart elders, in other words the other peak stage Sea of Knowledge realm cultivator, besides him, shouted.
“C-Captain, the presences of the five elders from the Pleasure Palace just completely vanished!”.
“What!”, both the leading elder and also Henders who was warily looking at the auburn-haired girl, exclaimed in unison.
None of them had noticed when Mira killed the middle stage elder from the Pleasure Palace, which was a couple od seconds before the remaining four unleashed their seas of knowledge, they simply thought that the elder which had died hadn’t used its sea of knowledge yet.
The reason as to why this time they did notice, was because Mira’s Majestic Roar blasted away every bit of spirit energy that didn’t belong to her, as it also killed the two early-stage elders, turned Kurt into an idiot and made Sandra faint, hence why their “presences” all disappeared at the same time, which caught the attention of both the vice-leader elders from the Mountain Amber and Blazeheart groups.
The only difference being that the vice-leader from the Mountain Amber noticed it first, as he was given the task to watch over the groups that were fighting Mira and Felicia by Mariana, since they used their seas of knowledge way too early and also because her wariness over the “random” group that surrounded the Lord of the Twin Sword Valley, had gone up a few notches after she realized who was Alexandra.
And very much to Mariana’s infortune, her worries became true the moment the ligress girl, obliterated an agglomeration of four seas of knowledge with a single spirit technique, also killing two, well more accurately three of the four people that were fighting against her.
But what really made the leader and vice-leader from the Mountain Amber family group, feel their backs drenching in cold sweat was the affirmation from the ligress girl which stated that she… didn’t use her sea of knowledge and that the half a kilometer sized wave of spirit energy that enveloped her, was just the spirit energy that naturally leaked out of her body when fighting.
So now the question was if the other three that were fighting against them, were monsters like that white-haired girl and think didn’t look positive for Mariana, when she peeked at Felicia’s battlefield, just in time to see how that elder was dragged into the orange whirlpool before the orange poison elder casually killed his own comrade.
And that let to the previous scene in which Mariana told those guys from the Blazeheart to kill the enemy regardless of the method they had to use.
“Flame Raging Sea, Expansion!”, as a result, the four elders that weren’t fighting against Camila, all released their seas of knowledge, turning the nearby around six kilometers of space into a sea of orange flames, though it didn’t last long.
“Blaze Commandment!”, in unison, the newly manifested four seas of knowledge changed their orange color to a light blue tone, combined with Hender’s sea of knowledge they covered a whole area of around eight kilometers, which looked humongous compared to the half a kilometer spirit energy release, that surrounded the auburn-haired girl.
The problem is that even then, the now eight-kilometer sized sea of flames couldn’t invade even a centimeter into the mixed silver and copper toned agglomeration of spirit energy released by the enemy.
“Crack!”, the leader and vice-leader elders purposedly applied pressure on Camila’s energy release in every direction, causing some creaking to be heard as the outer border of Camila’s energy release shook a bit, just for the auburn-haired girl to softly snort in response.
“Humph!”, Camila extended her pretty left hand which was free and then a small but blinding golden light particle floated out of her palm.
“Boooom!”, a loud explosion was produced as the nail-sized golden particle dissolved into the silver and copper mix of spirit energy surrounding Camilla, as a result the five seas of knowledge of the enemies were forced aside for a whole total of half a kilometer, the same distance which was added to the energy release enveloping the auburn-haired girl.
Well, to be more accurate Camila’s hair color had completely turned silver colored when that particle of golden liquid was released.
A few hundreds of kilometers away from those two’s battlefield, a certain ligress girl who was still isolated inside an iceberg, couldn’t help but look in Camila’s direction.
“Oh?”, for the grumpy ligress to actually show interest in something, it meant that it was definitely a situation out of normal.
And that was the case, since there was someone that hadn’t even reached the peak of the Mortal Transcending realm and yet was radiating a one-kilometer sized spirit energy release.
‘Three… no, more than three different properties in the same spirit energy, not to mention an attribute with a completely different use, the amount is lower than what a spirit element could gather at her same realm, but she has nothing to do with us, what the hell did that pervert do for her to become like this in a matter of days’, thought the ligress girl.
Mira couldn’t help but be marveled at the amount of spirit energy that Camila was releasing, her control over it was only short when compared to hers, and the ligress girl was sure that Camila wasn’t able to do something like this back when they met, which was not that long ago, a month and something at the most.
And she was willing to bet her tail and ears that this was something that happened after her recent date with Aster, why do you ask, because even if she will refuse to admit it, even the ligress girl noticed that she has improved in areas that she didn’t expect after that.
Back to the battlefield, the elders from the Blazeheart had sour expressions on their faces as they saw the extra five hundred meters of territory that Camila gained, since they were of a dazzling pure golden color, unlike the first five hundred meters that were a mix of silver and copper.
In fact, the first part of her energy release had started to gain some golden tones, and at this point everyone who wasn’t at least neutral to Aster, had started to develop a phobia for the golden color.
“She is not even a damn Sea of Knowledge cultivator, so how…”, mumbled Henders at the sight the huge amount of spirit energy that was surrounding Camila.
“Forget about the size, the moment the golden part was added, the pressure of our seas of knowledge, stopped working on it, I don’t want to even imagine what her sea of knowledge will be like if she advances in the future”, said the vice-leader to which the leader added.
“And that’s why she must die today, prepare your weapons, but first…”, at the silent signal of the leading elder, the legs of the five elders exploded in blue flames.
“Blazing Path!”, the five shouted in unison, to which Camila prepared her spear to clash with them, only to be surprised at the fact that those guys didn’t flash at her, but towards Alexandra’s battlefield.
…
Speaking of Alexandra, she was also taken aback by the sudden appearance of a copper, silver and golden agglomeration of spirit energy not too far from her, she expected the sea of flames which was created by the elders from the Blazeheart, but didn’t expect Camila to answer in kind.
“I guess no one related to that guy one way or another can’t be normal…”, she mumbled to then gaze at Mariana who was gritting her teeth.
“What are you waiting for, hurry up and gather your lackeys alongside their seas of knowledge, or you won’t ever have the chance to”, she said.
“Damn it, you four use your…”, but just as Mariana was about to give the order, the vicinity got illuminated in a bright blue hue, caused by the combined seas of knowledge of the Blazeheart elders that had just arrived.
“What are you guys doing here?”, asked Mariana, to which the leader of the Blazeheart elders answered.
“Since we are going to do it, why not go all the way into it, let’s team up to kill these crazy women”.
Mariana inwardly gritted her teeth, her pride had taken a solid blow earlier when she realized that she alone wouldn’t be enough to deal with the light gray haired girl, however she didn’t think on teaming with the elders from the Blazeheart, since that would be ten Sea of Knowledge cultivators joining hands just to deal with one single Mortal Transcending realm, the other elders however had a different opinion.
“Elder Mariana, it’s better to win with numbers than to lose due to pride, the other teams all died”, said the vice-leader from the Mountain Amber’s team to then secretly add.
‘We need to survive and bring back information about that light gray-haired woman to the young lord, because there is no way the Lord of the Twin Sword Valley is letting us kill her, her case must be re-opened and Void Manipulation realms or above should be sent after her’.
“Fine… I’ll explain the situation to the Ocean Aquamarine elders, you guys attack and we’ll block”, said Mariana, only then did her teammates release their seas of knowledge.
“Rough Rock Sea!”, with four voices in unison, dark brown seas of knowledge expanded in the vicinity, occupying a whole total of seven and a half kilometers, in other words less than what the guys from the Blazeheart occupied, but it was due to the difference in their attributes, in fact Henders and the Blazeheart elders were of a much lower standing within the Blazeheart.
Specially because unlike Mariana and the other elders, who actually come from secondary branches of the main families within the Mountain Amber family, the guys from the Blazeheart were from the distant families that used to serve the three sister’s one, otherwise with the high propagation capacity of fire attributes if they were at the same level as Mariana in terms of lineage, they would have surpassed the ten kilometers when pressing their seas of knowledge together.
Anyway, the Blazeheart elders weren’t the only ones that arrived at Alexandra’s battlefield, the currently silver haired Camila also arrived just a second ago.
“It ended up being a team battle at the end of the day, I guess there is a first for everything”, mumbled the light gray-haired girl.
Alexandra is used to fight alone, even against groups of enemies, the first time she joined hands with someone was with Aster and the others when they fought against Mira who was inside the giant ice liger, hence why Alexandra said that the ligress girl shouldn’t be considered a Sea of Knowledge cultivator in the least.
However that was a rather spontaneous situation, this time she was paired with Camila and that was a new experience for Alexandra, what’s more both were spear users.
‘I’m pretty sure this was planned by that pervert…’, thought Alexandra as she nodded at Camila, to then say.
“Your second level of intent is Piercing right, I’ll let you deal with the defenses of those guys from the Mountain Amber, while I block the attacks from the Blazeheart, my lance intent is just at the first level after all”.
Alexandra really hadn’t had the time to focus in training with her lance until not too long ago, so she was still at the peak of the first level of intent, Camilla on the other hand, was “gifted” a breakthrough, as in when she obtained her new innate ability, all her experiences and training meshed together and she was enlightened, allowing her to basically jump from the peak stage of the first level of intent to the early stage of the second level, in the time that took them to reach this place after their date.
It was different than those who rush the advance of their intent, Camila’s intent was solid and perfectly refined, like a high-grade treasure.
“Mm, leave it to me”, said Camila, despite she being a few years older than Alexandra, she was sure that the light gray-haired girl had fought way more enemies with higher realms than her, since her experience was limited to a low-grade Stellar System while Alexandra grew in a middle grade one, so she didn’t strange for Alexandra to set up the pace.
“That works for use, no matter which one, dealing with a metal attributed cultivator is a piece of cake for us!”, shouted the leading elder from the Blazeheart as he took out his weapon, an action followed by his four subordinates.
“Blazing Sword!”, all their swords exploded in purple flames with light blue borders, it was the state reached by those guys who received the “Fire Blazing Heart” earlier, one in which the members of the Blazeheart could use both their flames created with spirit energy and their attributes into one.
The difference is that this was the real deal, that and the fact that their attributes had reached the light blue level thanks to Blaze Commandment, which was better than what those guys had.
With the leading elder taking the initiative, the five of them slashed their swords releasing slashing lights enveloped in fire, they attacked as fast as possible even forgetting to add intent to their swords.
Seeing the five flaming sword slashes coming at them, Alexandra extended her arms in opposite directions and two five palm sized plaques of black metal came out of her right and left palms and shoulders, while a single one came out of her the central part of her chest, five in total.
Said five metal plaques turned into black flashes that appeared in front of the attacks that were shot by the five elders from the Blazeheart family, looking incredibly small in comparison, at least until Alexandra snapped her fingers, making them expand in a fraction of a second, from being palm seized to be round fifty meters each.
“Heavenly Reflection”, under the disbelief of the elders from the Blazeheart, their attacks impacted the black metal plaques and basically exploded into fire wisps, not producing a shockwave or even the slightest sound, not to mention that their flames were repelled by the black metal.
Of course, how could they know that Alexandra’s Heavenly Reflection absorbed impacts to a certain limit, one that those casual slashes were far from reaching, as for their flames, black heavenly gold couldn’t absorb spirit energy but their flames weren’t hot enough to damage the plaques of heavenly gold, so at the end nothing happened.
‘What the hell, she didn’t use that earlier, is that her damn attribute?’, thought Mariana as she saw those black metal plaques, perfectly blocking the attacks of the five elders at the same time, what’s more she couldn’t feel the enemy using any spirit energy to do so, it was outrageous.
Alexandra simply took out some of the plaques of black heavenly gold she had already created beforehand, and since they are a manifestation of her body constitution very much like the golden armor for Aster and Alice’s cases, the light gray-haired girl doesn’t need any spirit energy to manipulate them, it does cost her stamina, but it’s a really small amount of it.
“And here I thought you had learned the lesson of not getting distracted in a fight”, Mariana returned to the real world as she heard the mocking voice of the silver-haired girl that was fighting the Blazeheart elders previously.
“You are weaker than that woman, so I already know the result of your attack”, casually said Mariana, though it was impressing that she could blast away a part of the sea of knowledge of the enemy with a punch, meaning that the attacks of her spear should be even more powerful, it was also truth that the attributes of the Blazeheart weren’t solid, it was fire after all.
They on the other hand, were all earth attributed cultivators, their defenses and their bodies were innately tougher than their peers, not to mention that unlike Mariana who used a Warhammer as her spirit weapon, the other elders were actually shield users, including the male peak stage Sea of Knowledge realm one.
“Mountain Rock Protection!”, the four elders exploded in dark brown spirit energy as they took out their shields which were already cladded in their intents which were all early stage second level ones, making them grow a layer of solid rock on top of it, they basically turned into a mountain-like wall that blocked the area in front of Mariana.
Camila softly snorted, she tightened her grip on her spear to then clad it in her intent, which was also early stage second level one, Piercing in her case unlike Tiana’s Slashing.
“Radiant Step”, with a couple of words, the treasure girl was engulfed by a blinding silver light and then disappeared from plain sight, to then appear in front of the mountain-like rock wall that was blocking her way.
“Silver Star!”, with a much fiercer but still mellow voice, Camila whose silvery hair wad glowing in a metallic light of the same color, thrusted her spear frontwards.
“Booooom!”, the treasure girl practically turned into a silver star that then… blasted a hole through the rock mountain in a single go, as if there was no resistance, only stopping a whole kilometer past the group of the Mountain Amber family.
“Aghhhh!”, the elder who was holding the shield which Camila just pierced a hole through, lost his whole right arm in the process, which forced a bloody scream out of him, despite the previous the most affected one, was none other than Mariana.
She had the confidence that even the early-stage elders that were in her team to make up for the lack of numbers, could at least block the spear of the enemy and yet, the first one didn’t last even one attack before suffering wounds.
“Humph, the mountains back at the Twin Sword Valley are harder to destroy than that”, disdainfully said the treasure girl.
She wasn’t bragging, Camila does train her spear techniques with the mountains inside the training area of the castles, and as usual those godmothers of Asters went above and beyond by putting different toughness levels on them.
There are mountains with solidness starting at the Earthly realms and all the way to the peak of the Transcending ones, and Camila is at this point training with the ones at Void Manipulation realm level.
Of course, she can’t pierce holes through those with her intent and a spirit technique like she does against the ones at Genesis Manifestation level, but she can definitely damage them.
That doesn’t mean she is as strong as a Void Manipulation realm cultivator though, since the ability to move through space is a major advantage, but in the future when she had developed her secondary soul path enough to keep up with them… then it will be a different story.
“Useless trash, hurry up and use “Mountain Armor” damn it!”, ordered Mariana to the elder who had lost his arm, making the latter grit his teeth as he nodded.
In fact, the three early-stage elders all did the same, they exploded in dark brown spirit energy, but this time there was a light amber tone added to it, this was… a lineage ability, one that resulted in their skins turning dark brown colored, it was similar to the “Iron Skin” used by the Iron Hall of the Supreme Elemental sect.
With the difference that this was an innate ability, meaning that it didn’t require spirit energy to be used or at the worst-case scenario required way less than what a spirit technique would need, then why didn’t they use it before you ask.
Well, the answer is rather simple, their stamina was dropping like crazy at an alarming ratio, it was a strong innate ability to reinforce their bodies, which was equal to boost their body path cultivation for around two minor realms though, so it was worth it.
