Chapter 1467 Shaking All Of Existence (2)
The knowledge he had gained about Breakers, even the small amount he had gathered was incredibly shocking, it’s contents teasing him about truths that would shock all of reality if it were to be released, and the Adjudicator was wise enough to understand that he should not push beyond his boundary, focusing only on his objectives was important and if he was dragged into other mysteries of the past he would be lost to madness.
Another small burst of knowledge entered his mind alongside the infinite amount of knowledge filling up his soul and he was lucky that it was about a Breaker, the Adjudicator frowned, this information about the Breaker was more disturbing than most, and he was drawn into a grand vision that tortured his mind as he saw something new and terrible and his consciousness was almost corrupted if not for the all-powerful cleansing light that bathed his soul, whatever Memory he had entered had surpassed the ranking of an Old One and was firmly in the territory of Primordials or something that was equally as strange,
“BOOOM!!! BOOOM!!! BOOOM!!!!”
The scene he saw was of a War, and it was between one man and what seemed like the entirety of the strangest sort of reality he had ever seen, and this battle was shaking all of existence… all of it. If this was happening in the present, then no single realm would not be affected from the lowest realms to the highest heavens.
“BOOM!!! BOOOM!!!”
The entirety of reality had been twisted into a nightmarish battleground filled with creatures and powers that he could not recognize, their forms were too alien and the power they wielded was so strange that the mind of the Adjudicator nearly went blank, he was constantly pouring massive amounts of divine light to keep him sane and yet it was nearly not enough, he was on the verge of madness.
And yet what he was witnessing was amazing and any remnant of distractions in the mind of the Adjudicator flew out in the face of this scene as he realized that he was witnessing the rare age before the Primordial Era, but he had never seen it in such startling detail.
Although, the Adjudicator knew that there were other Eras before the Primordial Era, he did not know how many they were or the overall impact they had on reality, for most of the immortals in the present Ear, the Primordial Era was so massive in the way it changed the outlook of reality that they had forgotten that there was an age before the Primordial Era.
It also could not be denied that the Primordials had made sure every knowledge of the previous Era was erased from existence, and the Adjudicator could barely find fragments of those previous Eras even when he searched through the darkest reaches of reality, most could only be found in the Nothingness, and even then what he could gather were simply confusing fragments, languages that made no sense and drawings that showed creatures that gave him nightmares, and he was an Old One.
The Adjudicator had many bodies and they were all supremely powerful, and if he could only find fragments, then he was sure that others would barely even realize that a previous age before the Primordial Era existed, and this was the first time he was seeing a vision of that age in such astounding quality.
He could not recognize anything about the forces being unleashed in this reality-ending battle, all he could glean from it was that the one man fighting against the multitude was a Breaker and that reality at this time was not like it was in the Primordial Era or even this Supreme Era, it was… alive, and that was the easiest way he could describe it. He could hear it screaming, laughing, crying, and it felt intensely wrong.
Reality itself seemed to be birthing countless atrocities, colossal faceless entities that traveled through what resembled stars yet they were made from flesh and blood, twisted fleshy beings whose bodies were fused with tendrils and jagged bones, beasts made from broken light and bleeding time, madness made flesh.
However, despite this madness, the man they fought against was worse, his body seemed to bleed darkness, like tattoos coming to life, stretching across countless realities and tearing through his opponents in droves, everything was sundered and reality wept, and no matter how grievously he was injured as they piled onto him in numbers that deified imagination, his tattoos fed on his enemies and he was healed, and it seemed even though this battle would take forever, the Breaker would soon be the one to come out on top, it seemed almost inevitable.
A balance seemed to have been reached and then the Breaker paused and with a gesture, he shattered the heavens above, and from the shattered heavens, multiple entities unimaginably huge and unquestionably powerful, even more alien than this reality and its creatures were, stepped through the cracks, and they all stood behind the Breaker,
“Herald,” they said, “Lead the way,”
The Memory ended and the Adjudicator was left with more questions than answers, and he opened himself for more, determined to find out the truth.
He was deep into another Memory, this one was not as profound as the last as it showed him an unknown Singularity made from the what resembled silver sand when twinges of unexpected thoughts and emotions began to intrude into his mental space and he could no longer maintain the state of mind to delve into the past.
The Adjudicator sighed in annoyance and began to slowly unplug himself from the enormity of the memories before him. There were so many mysteries here that could answer so many questions he had about the past, but first he needed to understand the reason for the disturbances in his mental space.
Opening himself up to his other Incarnations scattered across reality, he sought out the cause of the distraction.
When he had enclosed himself for this important task and had made it clear that he did not want to be disturbed unless all of reality was in danger, it had barely been two years and already he was being disturbed?
At first, he was a bit confused at the sight that his Incarnations were presenting to him, but his confusion did not last for long before it was washed away by shock.
