SSS RANKED REINCARNATION: DARK DRAGON LEGACY

Chapter 387 - 387: Defeating a demon, overpowered attack

The demon didn’t care about the clones that popped up. It charged at Silva with a speed so fast Silva could barely follow it, but with eleven minds, one could predict the movements of someone based on where they were and their open paths.

He leaped back at the right moment, and the sword passed right where he stood. Immediately after he dodged, the clones moved—that was their opening. Each of them used Flash Step, entering points that allowed attacks on the demon.

The demon recognized what they were doing and tried to get into a stance where none of the clones could attack, but Silva didn’t want this demon to have a single peace of mind.

If he could not kill this demon instantly, that would mean he could not kill demons fast, and that would be an issue with the way this world had turned.

“I allowed White Flag to defeat me before, but that was because I didn’t want to go all out. Right now, I can’t risk it,” Silva said to himself, and immediately after, his domain spread out.

He stood there and then used time manipulation to hold the demon in place even for a moment longer.

The clones all swung their swords and landed their attacks. When the time freeze was over, the demon was sent flying, covered in deep cuts.

The demon rose to its feet, a look of shock on its face. It could not believe that Silva had managed to heavily injure him.

It speed Silva was not a weak opponent; he would have to step up his game.

“It seems you are quite the opponent, but do not forget, I am a demon, a being with divine powers. I will not allow you to sully my pride,” the demon said.

“Enough of all the talk. You are a demon this, you are a demon that. Who told you that your race is strong? I’ll remove that notion from your head now,” Silva said, and then his clones summoned their clones, who were ten times stronger than the first clones.

The demon was shocked by this development. Sure, it didn’t have a problem with the first clones, but now, having more clones that gave off an even stronger aura only caused it to panic.

“How are you doing this? This should not be happening!” the demon roared in rage.

“That’s because you don’t know who I am. You didn’t ask—you assumed that you were stronger,” Silva said in a cold tone.

Half of the new set of clones transformed into dragons, and half transformed into the Joker of the Abyss. They all took formation, with the dragons flying above and the Jokers standing below.

“This is my verdict because you demons decided that you would come out of the seal and do whatever you want,” Silva started speaking, but the demon was not going to take that. He stomped his feet on the ground, and flames exploded from under him, enveloping his body as if he were charging up.

“Because you stood against me, trying to take me down,” Silva said and raised his sword. The demon continued charging up his energy. The flames intensified. He lifted his sword and then blasted toward Silva.

Silva looked at the incoming flaming demon and then said the last line, “Because you threatened to kill those close to me, you will become my victim.” He dropped his sword down, and that was the signal for the dragons and the Jokers to make their move.

The Jokers simultaneously pulled out a card from their deck—the Card of Chains. Chains shot out of the ground from all angles and wrapped themselves around the demon faster than he could dodge. The chains bound him and stopped his movements entirely.

After the chains held it down, the dragons all released streams of flames on the demon. The demon roared in pain as the flames burned him up.

Silva watched this with a smile. He decided to use Dragon Eyes on the demon to know the strength of a demon and see how powerful they truly were.

Demon

Strength: 20,000,000

Defense: 22,000,000

Speed: 20,000,000

Agility: 25,000,000

Intelligence: 10,000,000

Silva’s jaw almost dropped as he stared at these impossible numbers. What the hell was this? How could a being be this strong?

And this was only the physical attributes—demons still had other hidden means of strength that they could use whenever they wanted.

Silva decided to run a quick calculation in his head to see how he compared against a demon. He only had about 60,000 in his average stat. His clones had 600,000 when they didn’t transform into their dragons, and his clones’ clones had six million.

But because of their numbers and combined effect, they could take down the demon. Silva forced his eyes on the demon that was burning.

Such a powerful being, and he was only one of the foot soldiers. This made Silva wonder about the stronger ones.

“Ophelia is really stupid—to create beings of such power in her world and then complain about it falling apart,” Silva said.

He held the Abyssal Blade in front of him and got ready for an attack—the true form of the attack, the same one he used to shatter that small world when he fought against the Weeping Angel.

It was the full power of will, a will that cut through all, a will that destroyed above and beyond. That was the will he was about to use.

He closed his eyes, and the sword started to shine brightly. It kept shining and making a humming sound. The sword took control of all will—all power of choice and all power of decision. With the will to cut through everything, Silva opened his eyes. His eyes shone bright, and he slashed down without holding back at all.

The entire domain shattered from the attack. The bright light shone, blinding everyone for hundreds of kilometers.

And after the light died down, all that was left where Silva stood was a mighty chasm in the ground that his blade had created.

“I think I might have overdone it,” Silva said. The body of the demon was not there anymore.
