Just by touching their bodies with her mud, such as with a Mud Bullet, she was capable of forcing their stone bodies to rapidly turn into mud, left incapable of moving and melting miserably.

“Will she be okay? The golems seemed to be Tier 7 too.” He asked.

“She’ll be fine, Smilkas is stronger than she looks,” Aquarina said, shrugging. “Once she’s done she will come back… Hopefully not as annoying as before.”

“I think what we did might end up yielding the complete opposite results, I’m afraid,” Shade confessed, sighing. “Won’t she get even more annoying after…”

Smilkas quickly appeared above her, teleporting to her master’s side through a reverse summoning spell, something Contracted Spirits and Familiars could do once they became srong enough.

Usually, like with Aquarina or Sylphy, only the Master can teleport their Familiars to their side through the Summon Spell, but eventually, Spirits and other Familiars can learn to use this Summon Spell in reverse.

Either by teleporting their Master to their side, or by teleporting themselves back to their master without their masters having to conjure the spell to begin with.

This created a lot of great fighting opportunities and tricks, although not many could do it in the heat of the moment inside a battle, as it was rather risky due to the complexity and focus needed.

The Summon Spell alone, conjured by the master, was simple enough, but the rest might be too much for most people or their familiars to care about.

“Heheh! Did you thought you could escape from me, Nepheline?” Smilkas smiled viciously. “Fufufu! Hyeheheh!”

“Ugh, stop laughing…” Nepheline sighed. “Well if you got done then let’s get going, I am not going to wait for you another time.”

“Boohoo! You’re so mean with me! And to think I found out something pretty interesting… Well! I guess I’ll keep it for myself,” Smilkas showed to Nepheline what resembled a fragment of a large, silver colored table.

“Huh?! T-That’s a divine tablet?! Hey give it to me!” Nepheline asked.

“You found one?!” Shade asked. “Where?”

“The Golems had it inside of their bodies apparently,” said Smilkas. “Did little Aquarina never found one when she hunted these golems herself?”

“No, she said they were just stone…” Nepheline said. “Please can you give it to me? That holds a lot of valuable information! Usually they are even related to the Gods in some way.”

“To the Gods? But aren’t these the ruins of an ancient civilization? Why would the gods be involved?” Shade wondered.

“Well, why not? They got themselves involved with the whole damn world back then, if I recall correctly,” Nepheline said. “Come on Smilkas…”

“Hmph! I will give it to you for one condition!” Smilkas said, floating above the two.

Quake and Crystallion appeared by Nepheline’s side again, glaring at Smilkas with faces full of disbelief.

“Smilkas stop playing games with our master and just give her the tablet…” Sighed Crystallion.

“Aren’t you like a few hundred years old? You’re old enough to be considered an adult spirit Smilkas.. And yet you always act like a child!” Quake crankily complained.

“Meh, I am not hearing the words of some cranky old men~!” Smilkas ignored their words. “Now, Nephyyyy! Will you do it?”

“Haah… Okay, what is it this time?” Nepheline wondered.

“Heheh, I want you to… kiss Shade!” Smilkas smiled. “Kyaaaah!”

She covered her face while screaming, she had not seen nepheline acting lovingly with Shade yet, not the way she wanted.

Due to her long sleep, they had pretty much missed all the years of the two being married and everything else.

“Huh? That’s all?” Nepheline asked. “You want me to kiss my husband?”

“T-That’s it?” Shade asked.

“Hehehe, I bet you’re all embarrassed deep down!” Smilkas giggled like a little girl.

Nepheline smiled, quickly walking towards Shade.

“Well if that’s it I don’t mind, it’s kind of a dumb request though… But whatever, you better keep your word,” Nepheline said. “Come here honey.”

“Ah, sure,” Shade nodded.

Smilkas started sweating droplets of mud as she glanced at the two, their faces slowly approaching.

“Uwaahah!”

She felt her spiritual heart pounding as their lips were right next to one another.

And then the lips touched, as Nepheline gently raised Shade’s chin, because he was much smaller than her in terms of height.

Shade ended hugging Nepheline’s large hips, grasping them tightly, and Nepheline hugged Shade’s back and shoulders.
