Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 395 - 395: Found Something Fun (8/8), Utter Terror (3/3)

A spark of ethereal light flickered in Almond’s eyes as he pierced into the unconscious Bryan’s mind and directly projected everything outside on a screen made of Prana.

Threads of thought, emotion, and memory unraveled in torrents of color and sound, a chaotic web of recollection compressed into instants. He wasn’t just watching. He was experiencing.

Almond knew what happened in an instant, and he almost wanted to crush Bryan’s head under his feet.

But several auras soon arrived as Garoyan and Marilyn brought other clan members into the hall.

All of them had ashen expressions because Garoyan told them that…their Immortal Emperors were deader than dead, and Supreme Emperor Feliona was suffering a fate worse than death.

“Whose fault was it?” Almond suddenly looked at the group that arrived, his voice dripping with coldness.

Nobody dared to release even a peep from their mouths.

“Garoyan, record this. And you all, make sure the projection I am about to show reaches every corner of this planet,” Almond spoke before a hologram projection made of Prana appeared as Almond relayed everything from Bryan’s perspective.

Garoyan quickly took out a strange metallic stone tablet and activated it while his eyes flickered, recording whatever he watched.

Marilyn also fearfully complied and began recording.

Soon, everyone saw the bar.

Lively and bright.

Natalia and the others were smiling and enjoying a chill atmosphere.

The Mad Nuts clinked glasses at the nearby tables.

At the corner, Bryan had just arrived with his group and watched them as he grinned, his words, “Boys, I think I found something fun.”

‘Found something fun?’ Garoyan didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. ‘Yeah, sure. Your ancestor will be proud you ended the whole bloodline.’

And then the chaos ensued.

Rude Laughter. Disgusting Remarks. A hand grabs Kira. Disrespect. Intent dripping in malice and entitlement. No remorse.

Then chaos.

Fists flew. Glass shattered. Poison laced the air. A scream. A blade.

Grim Breakers and Mad Nuts began beating them despite Bryan and others being Immortals. They couldn’t fight back.

Natalia and others were already stronger than average Immortals with Regalon Spirit Armaments.

But it wasn’t long before security, the Immortal powerhouses and three Immortal Kings arrived, capturing everyone.

“Found something fun?” Admiral Rudra’s eyes narrowed as he looked at Darton Clan members. More of the members were still shaken by the news that was spreading and still in disbelief, but upon seeing Bryan like a dead dog on the floor fainted, and two dead bodies of Immortal Emperors littered in pieces, they had to believe it.

“You tortured my people over this shit?” Almond’s voice cracked, unable to believe it. “And on top of this, you wanted to mess with us further?!”

“YOU FIND THIS FUN?!”

Pish!

Almond’s leg slammed on Bryan’s head, crushing it like a watermelon.

Snapping his finger an instant later, Bryan healed and also regained consciousness with a scream as he got up.

“Hel-Help!”

Crush!

“TELL ME!” Almond roared, his eyes bloodshot.

Snap!

Revived.

Bryan screamed.

Smash!

This time, Almond crushed his entire body into a bloody paste by projecting a large fist the size of his body.

Everyone trembled.

Snap!

Revived.

Crush!

Snap!

Revived.

Crush!

Snap!

Revived.

Bryan knew not to scream anymore. He couldn’t. His eyes were blank, and the pain was whirling in his consciousness. The pain of being crushed was channeling into his brain every time he revived, and now, he just twitched on the floor, his eyeballs shaking upward.

Suddenly, a body flew out of the portal from behind and landed several meters ahead of Almond and Admiral Rudra.

It plopped and spread blood everywhere.

It was a mangled body with no skin, but tiny blood ants Lily created were crawling all over it, keeping it alive.

It was unrecognizable.

From behind, Lily entered and saw Bryan. The scene of his pants down flashed in her mind, and blood rushed in her head again as a sharp crimson glint flashed in the hall.

In the next second, Bryan was lacerated as he screamed, which soon ceased as Lily destroyed his throat. His blood churned and shaped into tiny ants, providing vitality to keep him alive while also inflicting terrible pain every second.

She kicked him as he landed right beside Supreme Emperor Feliona.

‘Fuck…’ Garoyan gulped, sweating bullets. ‘Did she create a torture ability while torturing Feliona?’

He could feel both of them were alive, but those blood ants…those dreadful ants crawling all over and within their bodies kept them alive while also giving hellish pain.

Some people of the Dartan clan had their legs turn to jelly as they fell with a thud.

“Found something fun…” Almond muttered and nodded, his eyes sweeping over thirty Darton clan members. “Very good.”

All of them trembled. Were they going to get tortured like those?!

Some of them even considered dying right away when they thought they would be tortured like that.

“Al, what are we going to do?” Lily asked, having calmed down her flaming fury, which was replaced with coldness because she knew they weren’t just going to leave. “It’s clear they messed with us like this because we showed our power in public.”

“And that means receiving attention, good and bad. Natalia and others became victims of the bad attention from this garbage of a clan.” Lily paused, her eyes glancing at the Dartan clan members. “We have to do something so that no other dares to mess with us again.

Almond replied with a short “Mhm.” And turned to Admiral Rudra.

Taking a step ahead, Admiral Rudra looked at Darton clan members, his voice indifferent. “You all knew about everything, I assume.”

“I-I didn’t know!” A young Dartan clan woman quickly shouted, fearful yet firm. “I and two sons just arrived here an hour ago. Please…spare us. At least my sons…”

‘She is not lying…’ Lily clenched her fists.

‘Almond. Lily. I know your rage, and it is just. But let us strike with precision, not madness. We will make an example that echoes through the stars. But justice, true justice, does not indiscriminately consume the innocent.’

He paused, his mental tone turning razor-sharp.

‘We will erase the Darton Clan—utterly. Their name, their blood, and their legacy must cease to exist. Their worlds will fall under our banner, their influence scattered to dust. But those who had no part in this will live. After we strip every drop of Darton blood from their veins, they will live.’

He turned his gaze back to Almond, his face set like stone.

‘You hold the power, Almond. Turn the guilty into abominations—monsters of shame and servitude. Let them wander eternity in our service while bearing the burden of what they were. Let the world see them and remember them. But when we burn down a name… we do not sow injustice in its place.’

Then he looked at the crowd.

“This planet,” Rudra continued aloud, his voice cold and commanding, “will no longer carry the taint of the Darton name. From this day forward, their bloodline ends. Their lands, their resources, their prestige—belong to the House of Regalon.”

He glanced sideways at the young mother still sobbing.

“Those untainted will be tested. If found clean, they will be cleansed of that wretched lineage and allowed to live anew… nameless, but free.”
