Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System
Chapter 718 - 718: Aura of Blood and Chaos [Bonus]The current happenings at the main entrance of Elarion were something that couldn’t be described with words.
Kent didn’t raise a finger to kill; he merely stood there, speaking…
He was spilling secrets that were never meant to be revealed.
He first started with Dailon, planting the seed of doubt and anger in him. Then, using the [Mess Mind] skill, he made sure Dailon walked the path he had laid out for him.
But he wasn’t the only one targeted. He targeted a few more, and when he was fully at the point where a snap of his finger could send the Elves into a frenzy, clashing with each other, Kent merely smiled and turned to his left.
His main targets had arrived, but the damage he intended had already been dealt. He had forever sown the seed of mistrust in the hearts of 121 Core formation experts.
Beings so powerful that no king would want to lose even one of them.
He made sure that in the next battle they got into, that sense of camaraderie would no longer be with them. They would become strangers, with hate in their hearts as they faced their enemies.
Instead of fighting with their minds and souls, they would go into battle not knowing whether they would feel the sharp sting of the blade of their friends, who would once be friends, dive through their backs.
King Thalirion and his Elders felt a chill run down their spines as they looked at the assembly of 121 warriors broken.
“Is that even possible, to bring an entire team of seasoned warriors to their knees just through words? This is just too much.”
“It all happened in under two minutes. Does this mean he only needed that long to dismantle a whole team of able fighters?”
“Just who is this human?”
Kent wasn’t thinking about any of that since his main target had arrived. Surprisingly, right when the Hand warriors arrived, Lady Aelith also appeared, much faster than the Hand.
Kent was taken aback by her sudden presence, and judging by the shift in the air, she wasn’t like the weak Elves he toyed with.
Lady Aelith walked calmly in the air, passing by the 120 Elves still suspended in the air. “Trash,” her words were laced with disdain and fury.
She walked by them and then gazed down at Kent. She moved one step and was 10 meters away from Kent. However, before she could say anything, King Thalirion spoke, stepping forward.
“Ancestor Aelith, what brings you here?” His words contained just enough touch of warning, one that Kent read the moment the King called the new arrival an Ancestor.
Of course, Kent knew quite a lot about her since he had already scanned her. ‘She is dangerous… but still lacking.’
Lady Aelith looked at King Thalirion for a second before she ignored him. To her, talking to King Thalirion was like swimming in mud with pigs. That is how much she hated the Half-Elves.
“You are Kent Madson,” Lady Aelith said, looking coldly at Kent. It was apparent she didn’t come there to know his name since she was already oozing killing intent.
Kent maintained his calm expression, but inwardly, he was grinning. ‘This is a perfect time to test the other skill, which also has something to do with the mind.’
“I don’t suppose we met before, young lady. I am Kent Madson, but you can call me Big Daddy Kent. Of course, if it is too early, you can call me Grandpa Kent…” Kent flashed her a smile, “What do you say?”
There was already silence when Kent spoke, but now it was as if all sounds in the world were sucked out. Even breathing was something no one around was doing. Kent’s bold words left them speechless.
But it got worse.
‘Did he call the ancestor of the Elves “young lady”… is he not afraid of death? That is Lady Aelith, damnit. Even we, Half-Elves, had to respect someone like her, despite our issues with the long ears.
But this young man disrespected her, and looking at her, she would probably explode any moment and break every bone in his body.’ King Thalirion feared for Kent’s life.
As expected, before he even ended his words, a thick, suffocating aura burst out of her body, surrounding Kent immediately.
King Thalirion and his Elders moved back, so did the guards and the 121 Elven warriors. The Hand warriors who appeared even stepped back, not willing to be in the blast radius.
However, no blast came. Because the moment the aura landed on Kent’s body, a smile appeared on his face. ‘Thick aura, filled with her years of killing. But she is nowhere near Chaos… and I am Chaos.’
Kent looked at the lady and smirked, “I didn’t come from the Human Continent, travel across the black Sea for you, lady, so step aside. My beef is with them.” Kent waved his hand, and the aura Lady Aelith spent 25,000 years refining was brushed aside just like that.
Her body trembled—not from anger, but from unrestrained fear, one she only felt during the Battle of Parting. Back then, she was a Root master who managed to kill loads of Root Grandmasters and a few Root Saints.
However, during the battle, she was nearly killed by a Root Transcendent. Back then, she was terrified beyond her wits. But when she survived, she promised herself she would never feel that way again, and she kept that promise for 25,000 years.
However, just like 25,000 years ago, a mere human—someone who is not even one-eighth of her power—brushed aside her aura and looked at her like she were a greenhouse flower.
It was like Kent didn’t even feel anything.
Naturally, Kent didn’t feel anything, as his own aura had changed so much that he never even noticed. It turns out that entering the Realm of Blood and Chaos had a much greater effect on his aura, one filled with the primal fury born out of blood and carnage.
And now that Kent had discovered this, he felt the need to taste blood. So he turned to the Hand, and an evil smile appeared on his face.
“I only need to talk to one of you… So I choose you, Tiger Mask… the rest, let’s dance.” Kent moved, and a head burst open, blood spraying in the air.
