Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse
Chapter 3829: Journey Into The Unknown! IIChapter 3829: Journey Into The Unknown! II
In the crucible that was forging the future of an entire Infiniverse, Noah stood still.
His body pulsed with power, arms raised slightly as both hands glowed with quiet pressure.
Before him, the True Source of Gravitation surged forth- thousands of Lattices, lined in spirals, their force tangible. The space around Noah warped subtly, drawing Ruination and the Infiniverse Body forward from their distant positions.
No matter how much their Lattices fought back, his sheer collection of percentage Resistance was too high!
Their forms hovered gently, unable to resist the calling of their master’s gravitational will.
Ruination’s dark crimson-gold figure shimmered as she floated into place while continuing to struggle. The Infiniverse Body followed, her luminous white gold form laced with fractal frequencies humming faintly.
Two items slowly manifested in front of them.
10x Living True Source Panaceas and 10x Primarchical Pearls of the True Source of Sacrifice!
Noah’s expression was calm.
He looked to Ruination, his eyes holding the trace of a smile. "Can you multiply these for me?" he asked, the tone light, but the weight unmistakable.
He had asked something similar not too long ago!
Ruination’s gaze tightened. She remembered the last time she said no as...her answer came without delay.
"Master...let me try first."
Her hands, painted in crimson and gold, reached forward.
The ten Panaceas and ten Primarchical Pearls floated into her grasp as her expression became stern. As if she had to do whatever it would take to allow some form of multiplication to succeed!
Behind her, the illusion of a vast crimson Wheel spun into being. Its shape was clearer than before. A Wheel of Ruination, comprised of multiple True Frequencies orbiting a stable singularity.
Dozens. Hundreds. The Frequencies of Ruination glowed and flared, matching her pulse. Power radiated outward like waves from a struck bell.
She clutched the Loot tightly as from Ruin itself, she wanted to produce wonder.
For her Master. For herself.
And so...she burned all the Existential Dimensional Lattices she held in her banner for this purpose as massive crimson runes began to swirl around her!
A low hum began.
Then...
BOOM.
A silent burst of brilliance.
Light cracked in the Crucible from one end to the other as if the very laws of balance had bent to obey her will. The two types of Loot, so rare and invaluable, multiplied by 2 before Noah’s eyes.
He smiled, the corners of his mouth tugging upward slightly. "Excellent."
He beckoned and gazed at the wondrous loot before he separated the spoils evenly. Ten of the Panaceas for Ruination for the Infiniverse Body.
The 20 Primarchical Pearls of the True Source of Sacrifice could be given to his people to produce 20 Primarchs of Existence!
He nodded to himself as he spoke.
"I need both of you closer to Originus Venerant as soon as possible," he said,"The next stages will not be forgiving."
WAA!
Ruination nodded with fervent eyes.
The Infiniverse Body bowed slightly, acknowledging his intent.
Noah then turned his eyes to her, tone shifting to something more contemplative.
"We now know that the Wheels of Existence that are successful in their Transformation are elevated to the Transcendent Paradoxical Folds...and likely other Transcendent Folds. As of this moment, we can assume an endless variation of Folds. Origin Folds, Elemental Folds, Temporal Folds...But for now, we worry about our own Wheel. Yours. Ruination’s. And my Atlas..."
HUUM!
He let the idea hang in the air.
"How quickly can the Infiniverse Wheel of Existence undertake the transformation?"
The Infiniverse Body closed her eyes. Layers of data rotated behind her eyelids like transparent scripts of stars. When she opened them again, she spoke simply.
"Ninety-nine percent chance of success- if the transformation is initiated after attaining Originus Venerant."
Noah’s eyes lit up.
He turned to both of them.
"My body of Ozymandias will soon reach the new location. What waits there is filled with questions...and many answers. Pay attention. What I learns, you will soon need to understand."
Ruination and the Infiniverse Body nodded in tandem.
"Then let’s get back to it."
BZZT!
He raised his arms again.
From his spine, thousands of golden Lattices of Kuklos bloomed outwards.
A golden Wheel behind him manifested and glowed brighter, heavier. Its pressure spread through the Crucible, shaping all things!
The Forging of the Infiniverse Crucible...continued.
—
Far away, in another stretch of Existence, Noah’s body of Ozymandias traveled.
The Transcendent Foldpath stretched up before him, a winding path across existence that twisted and split like a living roadmap.
Trillions of Event Horizons flickered across their path- shifting thresholds that acted as doors between truths and falsities.
Event horizons were like the edge of perception. They marked the point where one could no longer return to what they knew.
One...could no longer return.
That was how it was supposed to be, anyways.
Cross one Event Horizon, and the laws changed. Memories shifted. Existence bent.
They crossed them again and again.
Moiraine and Oryzarakh floated ahead in silence, their bodies still like old statues- but minds clearly active. Their light glinted softly each time a new horizon passed.
Behind them, Aetheron watched Noah as the both of them were carried and protected by their pull.
His silver hair fell messily over his crimson eyes, and his smile barely masked the tension underneath.
"You," he finally said, his voice thick with laziness and suspicion. "What did you do?"
Noah’s face turned toward him slowly as he spoke.
"We haven’t been officially introduced," he said. "You were waiting for me in the Hollow Concord of Nullity, weren’t you?"
He smiled faintly.
"I regret missing that meeting. I imagine it would’ve been a...tasty encounter."
Aetheron’s smile sharpened.
Just before he could reply, Moiraine’s voice rang out.
"Enough."
She didn’t shout. She merely spoke.
But both beings listened.
"No hostilities," she said. "If you wish to live long in the Transcendent Paradoxical Folds and have a good time, drop any hostility towards him now."
Aetheron smiled towards Noah and looked amused, almost as if he was goading him and letting him know his place.
But the words of Moiraine continued.
"I was talking to you, abomination."
BOOM!
Moiraine said while looking at him directly, his gaze changing.
"I’m telling you to behave. Because if this unfolds as I believe it will...this Young Paradox will outrank you in every sense. Having any hostilities towards him will not benefit you at all."
...!
Aetheron: "..."
Her tone held no room for disagreement.
She added, "Your father protects you. That’s all."
Aetheron’s gaze darkened.
He said nothing.
Then he looked away, his face turning full of suspicion!
"...So what happened?" he asked again. "What changed everything?"
Moiraine and Oryzarakh exchanged no glances. For a moment, they gave no answer.
But finally, Moiraine spoke.
"A Sin might actually stand a possibility of being reversed," she said.
"A Sin from the Earliest Folds. One that could never have been reversed before."
She did not say everything clearly.
The silence that followed was deep.
Noah took in her words quietly, weighing the scale of what flowed in her mind while he planned for all possibilities.
In the next moment, Moiraine’s hand on his shoulder tightened slightly.
"We are arriving."
