Deep within the demon realm.

"Things aren't looking good," Acrimosia, the Archdemon of Madness and Frenzy, spoke from where she sat in the abyss.

Though Zeloth, the Archdemon of Jealousy who had been their biggest headache, was now dead, they had reason for their poor mood.

They had discovered that Zion Agnes was the one who killed Zeloth.

"First Pride, now Jealousy. Once could be dismissed as coincidence, but twice can no longer be called chance," Wrath said in a heavy tone.

"This makes it clear that Zion Agnes possesses enough power to pose a threat to us."

"Yes, I know. I know, but... I still don't understand. Until just recently when we met in the floating city, he was clearly beneath me. Just what method did he use?"

Acrimosia's brows furrowed deeply as questions poured from her lips.

"That's being investigated now, so wait for the results. More importantly, we need to decide what to do going forward."

"Well, making Zion Agnes our top priority target is obvious... The other issue is how to make up for this loss of power."

Two Archdemon-level demons.

In less than a month, half of the demon realm's strongest had vanished.

The loss was immeasurable, making it urgent to fill the power vacuum as quickly as possible.

"Indeed. If war breaks out and the King doesn't appear like during the First War... we can't predict the outcome."

"Hmm..."

Acrimosia crossed her arms and thought for a moment before looking back at Wrath.

"About the Beast Sea. That Damodeus there seems to be doing some interesting research lately... Do you know about it?"

"You mean the research related to the first Beast King? I know the basics."

"If we use that well, we might gain power equivalent to our level. Plus we could swallow the entire Beast Sea whole."

"Tell me more," Wrath's eyes gleamed as he asked Madness, who smiled in response.

---

The spectators' eyes filled with questions at Zion's words that seemed ill-suited to the current situation.

"A proposal... What are you talking about?"

Wolbyeokcheon, noticing Zion's eyes fixed directly on him, dismissed his subordinate at his side and spoke.

"As you can see, the power difference is too great fighting one-on-one. I'd like to change the format of this proxy battle."

"How so?"

The Beast King's eyebrow twitched slightly at Zion's continued informal speech.

Grinning at him, Zion answered:

"How about having two of your side enter the training ground at once? If you're fine with it, all three remaining representatives can come up together."

"...!"

The eyes of Wolbyeokcheon and the beast-kin surrounding the training ground began to waver at this outrageous statement.

"Just what are you saying...!" Hwagangjin shouted with a bewildered expression from behind, this sudden deviation from their plans catching him off guard.

"This insolent bastard is looking down on us...!" The leadership around Wolbyeokcheon twisted their faces and began rising from their seats.

"You're saying you'll face multiple opponents at once?"

Wolbyeokcheon asked Zion while restraining the others.

"That's right."

After silently watching Zion following this brief answer-

"...I accept your proposal," words of acceptance flowed from his lips.

Normally he would never have accepted, but the situation was different now.

Wolbyeokcheon had just received a report through his subordinate that unknown forces were attacking the research facility hidden beneath Moon King Palace.

'Though I suspect they're behind this... I can't question them here since the facility's existence itself is secret.'

With unexpected events unfolding, he couldn't risk creating more variables here just to preserve his pride.

'Damodeus is at the facility. He can handle it. I just need to execute things perfectly here.'

With that thought, Wolbyeokcheon turned to his three remaining representatives.

"Blade Demon and Crushing Fist, the third and fourth representatives, go up to the training ground together."

Though he wanted to send all three remaining representatives, he couldn't freely command Spear King, the final representative, since their relationship was contractual - exchanging the first Beast King's martial arts for participation.

Even with his order, they would surely refuse.

'Still, those three's level far exceeds the previous two. So two should be enough...'

Just then-

"I shall go up as well," Spear King, who had been silently watching Zion until now, spoke for the first time.

Words that seemed impossible from one of the Beast Sea's top three martial artists.

Murmurs spread through the watching crowd, but the dragon beast-kin's characteristic yellow eyes showed no wavering as they gazed at the training ground, confirming those words.

'Must absolutely not face him alone.'

Despite his outward appearance, Spear King was suppressing the unceasing trembling of his fingertips.

Unlike his public image, he treasured his life tremendously and had an almost divine intuition about such matters.

That's why Spear King could tell.

That human male looking down at them from the training ground with unreadable eyes.

He had already broken through the wall beyond Heaven that Spear King had so desperately wanted to breach.

Moreover, the endless ominous feeling told him this was not an opponent he could afford to face with pride.

'Just where did such a being suddenly appear from.'

He even doubted whether they were truly human.

Someone he absolutely didn't want to - no, couldn't - face alone.

Hiding these feelings, Spear King began walking alongside the other two martial artists.

'This... could be dangerous.'

For the first time, worry flickered in the Crown Prince's eyes as she watched the three martial artists step onto the training ground.

'No matter how strong he is, facing those three...'

Though the Zion Haness she had known until now would never speak such words without reason, she still couldn't feel at ease.

Not only was there Spear King, but Blade Demon and Crushing Fist were also among the Beast King faction's strongest martial artists.

Moreover, rumors said Crushing Fist had already surpassed the 'Sea' level.

'Just what are you thinking, Zion.'

Just then-

"Th-then, let the third Moon King's Battle begin!"

The MC, still bewildered by this unprecedented situation, finally announced the battle's start.

In that moment-

"I too am confident in my speed."

WHOOSH!

With those words, the leopard beast-kin called Blade Demon vanished from his spot, instantly reappearing before Zion.

A blindingly fast sword strike followed.

Just as Blade Demon's sword was about to reach Zion's neck-

WHOOSH!

Zion's hand moved in a strange arc, lightly touching the sword's side.

The blade's trajectory twisted upward.

As Zion's other hand thrust toward the opening in Blade Demon's defense-

"Kuhahaha! Think you can focus only there!"

Crushing Fist, who had somehow approached from the side, threw a punch containing all his gathered power at Zion.

The space where the bull beast-kin's fist passed warped from the force.

Unable to ignore that strike, Zion withdrew his hand while throwing his own punch at Crushing Fist.

The two fists collided.

BOOM!

The impact filled the entire training ground, its shockwave destroying everything it touched.

"He blocked it in place... and head-on?"

As Crushing Fist muttered in surprise while staring at Zion's fist that hadn't budged an inch against his own-

CRACK!

With a sound like lightning striking, a line traced through the air down toward Zion.

It was Spear King's strike, unleashing full power from the start.

Swish-

After recognizing the spear strike shooting toward him, Zion took a strange step to create distance from the two martial artists-

BOOM!

Then punched the empty air above.

Like a shell exploding, the space where Zion's fist connected warped, completely twisting the trajectory of the descending spear strike.

CRASH!

The deflected strike pierced the ground, devastating the entire training ground.

'Just what...'

Though inwardly shocked by this unheard-of defense technique, Spear King immediately launched his next attack.

Countless spear shadows spread across the entire training ground from his spear, all targeting only Zion.

SCREECH!

Blade Demon's sword targeted dozens of vital points while Crushing Fist's fists pressured the entire space around Zion!

---!

Their combined strikes hit Zion simultaneously, creating an explosion large enough to engulf the entire training ground.

'No way...!'

Wolhaun clenched her fists as she watched.

Though when the explosion cleared it revealed Zion mostly unharmed except for some torn clothes, the Crown Prince's unease didn't stop.

Even with her limited martial arts knowledge, she could tell the current situation was disadvantageous for Zion.

The Beast King faction's representatives' continued attacks and Zion appearing to barely defend.

'Can he not win?'

Though just holding out this well against Sea-level martial artists and one said to have reached Heaven was impressive, the current situation couldn't be solved by just defending.

'At this rate...'

Just as the resistance fighters' eyes, including Wolhaun's, began darkening-

"Now it ends."

PUHWAHAHA!

As if on cue, energy incomparably greater than before exploded from the representatives' entire bodies.

The three masters poured all that energy into their weapons and began unleashing their strongest techniques against Zion.

WHOOSH!

The view filled completely with light from that unimaginable power as sound faded away.

"N-no!!" Wolhaun unconsciously reached toward Zion with an urgent cry.

BOOM!

A massive flame erupted with an explosion from Moon King Palace at the center of Rabbit King Castle, far from the great training ground.

And in that moment.

The Crown Prince could see it.

"Yes, it ends."

Just before Zion's form completely vanished in the burst of light and the representatives' attacks.

The curve of his lips as he smiled.

Swish.

And the pitch-black sword materializing in his outstretched hand.
