Chapter 1435 - 1435: Silver Tower's good news!

From MC’s Perspective:

“Zero, you have saved my life once again,” I said to Zero.

“Master, I just followed the order,” Zero replied.

“Good, did you find any special place?” I asked.

Earlier, I didn’t pay attention to that matter. Now that I have recovered my strength, I can move around a bit.

“The surrounding place was filled with dangers. There are some monsters hidden under the ground. It’s because of the special body, they ignored me,” Zero replied.

Hearing that, my eyes flashed with an understanding. No wonder he was able to return in one piece. That single, dark-winged worm monster had injured me to this extent.

If I were attacked by another strange beast, it would be difficult to survive. Then I removed the thoughts from my mind.

“Okay, I’ll let you out later,” After saying that I deactivated the puppet by removing the mana stones from its core.

Then I brought the Zero Puppet inside the Gregor Mansion. After placing it in the hall, I went to bed to sleep. I need a good rest now.

Outside:

The Supreme Wizards were able to eliminate the Dark Winged Worm monsters in the end. But it has cost some of their lives.

Now, only 8 Supreme Wizards survived. Four of them were brutally killed. Among the eight, four of them were injured. 2 of them were in critical condition, they needed immediate treatment.

The 8 Magic Lords saw the situation. They broke out in cold sweat. If the King Order Monsters had made an appearance, then they would have died as well.

Because getting injured in this place is similar to being sentenced to death. There is no way they could get immediate treatment here.

The situation of the 2 Supreme Wizards is the same. They were better declared dead. They don’t know whether the Forbidden Wizards would allow them to go back.

The Supreme Wizards were hoping for good answers from the Forbidden Wizards.

The bald-headed old man sighed. It was something expected when they had decided to come here. The Forbidden Areas in their world are unforgiving.

Especially, here in this place of the Dark Territory. The Forbidden Area is much more dangerous.

“The injured Supreme Wizards can leave. Take those in critical condition with you,” The white haired old man said to them.

None of the Forbidden Wizards rejected it. The Old woman stayed silent as well. It’s just that the casualties started happening before they could explore the place.

The Supreme Wizards sighed in relief. Their Forbidden Wizards were not as heartless as they thought. Then the two Supreme Wizards picked up the two critically injured and left the spot.

Now only four Supreme Wizards and 8 Magic Lords were ready to explore.

“Okay. Start exploring together. Don’t use your mana. If the dark monsters sensed it, then they would come out to attack in large numbers,” the bald-headed old man said.

Hearing that Magic Lords and Supreme Wizards began to work. They have a large area to cover. Unlike the previous time, they won’t be using their mana.

Silver Tower:

Forbidden Wizard Erwin has managed to bring everyone on the same side. Hereafter, no one would interfere or act against the Silver Tower’s interest.

Lord Charlotte came to see him in his office.

“The Elders have completed the secret mission. I just got in touch with Elder Antonio. He said that they have completed the confidential mission.”

“They are on their way right now. I have told him about our situation. He got furious. He has asked us not to do anything reckless,” Charlotte said in a serious tone.

“They are back!” Erwin uttered in surprise.

He was actually planning to retaliate. He wanted to hurt the business of the Wind Elemental Tower and the Black Tower. His target was especially one of their resource points.

But before he could do that, she came with good news.

“Yes, if you had any plans, stop it. We will discuss it once they return,” Charlotte said.

“Okay, are you going to bring back that kid?” Erwin asked.

Charlotte raised her eyebrows.

She replied, “Not now.”

Erwin’s eyes flickered.

He said, “The silence of the two magic towers was unusual. Did you get any answers from the Fate Wizard?”

“It’s not easy to get answers from the Fate Wizard. It costs a lot. I have already paid enough. But I think it’s enough. Vincent Carey is in a safe place, right?”

“As long as he doesn’t run around, he won’t hurt himself,” She added.

Erwin frowned. But he didn’t say anything. He feels something amiss, but he doesn’t know what it is.

“Since you have got the news. I guess it won’t be long before the other towers learned about this. So bring that kid here before they do something drastic,” Erwin said.

Hearing that Charlotte gave a thought before agreeing. Because she had given enough mana stones to Vincent, which would last for a week.

But seeing that Erwin stressed she has decided to agree. Anyways, the elders are back. She had no reason to let that kid suffer in that well.

Meanwhile,

Wilfred Cox, Jason Nicholson, and Susan Park were impatient as well. Every day they tried to get answers from Manager Lara. But she had been strictly avoiding them.

Lara knows that more than the Wizard Seeds, the families behind them wanted the information. They fear that other wizard families could attack them.

But the presence of Forbidden Wizards of Silver Tower thwarted many people’s plans. Lara has assured them that Vincent Carey is doing fine. They would see him sooner.

Strangely, she got contacted by Elder Martin from the Brother’s Collection Book Store. She didn’t expect this Elder to get worried about Vincent.

She thinks Vincent Carey might have a good backer in future. Though she had been answering everyone’s questions. She doesn’t know where Vincent Carey was staying.

Lord Charlotte was tight-lipped about it. Since that day, no one has come forward to trouble their Silver Tower. The Wind Elemental Tower has been staying quiet since then.

But she thinks it’s just calm before the storm.
