Chapter 6611: Speed

Many considered him to be arrogant, albeit justified. People couldn’t bark back without being able to stop the punch.

Alas, who would want to be the first to challenge him? The unlucky one. Godstallion, Grand Preceptor, and Dugu Yuan, none of them wanted to commit suicide.

They glanced at True Emperor Jiu Ning who was the closest to Time Stopper. However, if she were to make a move, she would become his target.

This didn’t mean there would only be one victim. Perhaps all four of them would die from the first punch.

Therefore, they hesitated and glanced at Visceraless who didn’t make a move either. He could settle the outcome with a single punch but what if it failed to kill all four? He would lose his trump card.

No one dared to act since the first to do so would be at a great disadvantage.

“Buzz.” Time Stopper suddenly let out a sound and emitted a burst of light.

“What’s happening?” Grand Preceptor was surprised.

“Is it awakening?” Dugu Yuan and Godstallion took one step closer and leaned forward, preparing to make their move.

However, space suddenly became elastic and Time Stopper flew out like a meteor before they could react. Even Godstallion seemed slow in comparison.

Once they regained their wits, they saw Time Stopper in the hand of an ordinary youth. Who else could it be but Li Qiye?

“Decent comprehension of temporal mysteries.” He glanced at the treasure and smiled.

Li Xingchen was born for all things, not time. Time Stopper helped him with learning this affinity and there was no conflict between his two dao.

In the future, this temporal mastery would help him with deriving all things, a great foundation for the next realm.

“Whoosh!” Godstallion appeared before Li Qiye.

“Who are you?” He said intimidatingly, attempting to understand everything about Li Qiye.

Upon closer inspection, the guy was somehow a novice cultivator to his confusion.

“Junior, please hand over Time Stopper and I will grant you a fortune.” He cared about his reputation enough not to rob a junior.

“I don’t need a fortune.” Li Qiye said without looking at him.

“Brat, do you know who I am?” This angered Godstallion.

“No need.” Li Qiye said flatly.

This attitude was unacceptable when directed toward a great commander. Not to mention a no-name junior, famous emperors and desolate gods had kneeled before him. Some primal ancestors and heaven-slayers also obeyed his commands.

“Junior, hand it over to avoid death.” His expression darkened as he released his battle intent.

Given his great experience, just this spirit alone could sweep soldiers off their feet, shattering their will to fight.

Time was of the essence. He was the first to reach Time Stopper but the others would be here soon. Nevertheless, he wanted Li Qiye to give it up willingly.

Li Qiye didn’t bat an eye despite the crushing pressure, surprising him.

“Brother, you’d best leave right now.” Light God appeared and said.

Arrogance didn’t blind Godstallion entirely so he still respected Light God.

“Brother, you want a piece of the pie as well?” He recalled his battle intent, shifting his attention to another mighty opponent.

“No, I am only here to warn you that it’s unwise to bluster before the senior.” Light God shook his head.

“Senior?” Godstallion stared at Li Qiye again, feeling something ominous. His expression changed dramatically while Li Qiye didn’t bother to look at him.
